The lodge was consecrated on 28 September 1991 at Derby by the Provincial Grand Master and attended by 129 brethren. The main sponsoring lodge was Tyrian Lodge No. 253 , Derbyshire’s oldest lodge.
One of the main objectives of the lodge was to ‘work’ an authentic form of the Derbyshire Ritual which had been researched by Bro. John Wilson.
The lodge dines at the café below the lodge rooms and occasionally in the lodge rooms. Visitors from other lodges are always most welcome and we would be pleased to discuss membership with potential candidates.
